Either way, it is important how the whole process ends, and how Vukovar will get a strong tourist boost in the back when the new Danube Hotel opens its doors. The plan is to build a 4-star hotel with about 120 rooms, or 240 beds, with attractive restaurants, offices and multimedia spaces, and the total investment, according to investors, is worth about 200 million kuna. According to the plan, the new Hotel Dunav should receive its guests in 2023. Yesterday in Vukovar, between the city and the company Immo Invest Partner Vukovar dd, an Agreement on the purchase and sale of real estate of special importance owned by the City of Vukovar was signed.
